This weekend I had the pleasure of seeing my friend Heidi Stockwell at her new sales studio at 700 E. Tahquitz Canyon (between El Segundo and Caballeros).  The single-story unassuming building contains some of Nexus Development's newest and most exciting projects yet.

 

Heidi told me about their latest project called "The Morrison".  A modern oasis with just 53 homes (all with their own pool & spa) will appeal to modern architecture enthusiasts as well as those buyer's seeking cool/clean lines , luxury and a central PS location.

The sales studio contains the expected floor plans and renderings of the finished development, however, they've enhanced the entire experience by building a full kitchen and bathroom suite.  They're also displaying several different flooring options that are so high-end each home feel like its custom.

 

The kitchen is a gourmet dream.  From the Viking appliances and high-tech Caesarstone counter tops to the cabinet and flooring combinations, each home will have the perfect customized look to suit the owner's individual taste.

 

When visiting the sales center, be sure to take special note of the bathroom suite.  It it five-star resort spa worthy!  The sample (as shown) has high-end fixtures and surfaces that will make you want to spend most of your time in that one room.

 

At your first opportunity, go visit Heidi Stockwell and her associate Leslee Effler (they make a wonderful team).  Ask them for the grand tour and details about The Morrison.  I must offer two warnings:  1.  When you see that bathroom suite, you may not want to leave the sales studio.  2.  With only 53 homes in the development, the premium locations will be spoken for fast, so go soon!
