If you're looking for information about The Keys Condominiums in Walnut Creek (formerly known as Diablo Keys Apartment Homes), please give me a call. I'm very familiar with the development. With almost 800 units, there are many different floor plans to choose from. Not only have I sold units in that complex, I'm also a part time resident!
I also specialize in the Coachella Valley/Palm Springs area. The Biltmore Colony Palm Springs is a wonderful development comprised of 19 single family homes and 133 condominium units. There is a fully equipped gym, a beautiful clubhouse, 3 pools and 2 spas. There is also an outdoor kitchen at the main pool for community BBQs and special events. The homes range from 3-4 bedrooms and from about 2,000 to 2,800 square feet. The condos have 1-3 bedrooms and are from about 768 to 1,414 square feet.
